Always drink sufficient fluids before, during and after EMS training. At least 500 ml of water half an hour before your session.

We highly recommend one session per week, especially if you are not doing any other form of strength training. You will workout your muscles and burn calories in every single session, but consistency will provide you the best results. The maximum number of sessions you can do is two per week (minimum four days apart). Depending on your fitness and weight loss goals, a cardio metabolic training session can be added to your week rounding out your EMS workouts and providing the fastest path to your goals.
